About the role
Once you successfully complete our recruitment process, you will join the FDM Graduate Programme, which provides comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you transition into your new role. The programme includes an intensive, several-week training phase, followed by practical experience at a client's site.
As part of the Software Engineering Practice, you will develop both core and specialised skills, gaining valuable knowledge that will open doors to multiple career paths in the tech industry. The FDM Skills Lab will equip you with the technical expertise and hands-on experience needed to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Upon completing the training phase, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills in real-world projects, working as part of a cross-functional team within FDM's internal initiatives or client assignments, under the guidance of mentors and industry experts.
