Senior BI Analyst (Toronto)

FDM is seeking a Senior BI Analyst in Toronto to work for our client within the financial sector. This role is initially for 12 months and will be hybrid with requirements to be in the Toronto office 3-4 days per week. About You Requirements: Proven experience with ETL processes and data ingestion pipelines, including designing, implementing, and maintaining robust workflows. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and working knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, etc.). Proficiency in data profiling, cleansing, and transformation techniques. Experience working with structured and semi-structured data (e.g., CSV, JSON). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to data accuracy and consistency. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models. Comfort with collaboration in Agile or iterative development environments. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Sigma). Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python or R) for data manipulation and automation.
