Junior Data Analyst for LKN

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, providing insights, and supporting decision-making across the business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, who thinks outside the box, and is passionate about using data to drive real impact. Key Responsibilities: Build, manage, and maintain databases to ensure smooth data operations. Ensure data integrity and accuracy, delivering timely and reliable reports. Analyse data patterns, conduct quantitative and qualitative research to identify opportunities for business improvement. Create and maintain interactive dashboards to visualise data patterns and trends. Handle internal and external data requests efficiently and accurately. Generate daily sales flash reports and other key performance insights. Collate and report on stock availability to support operations and sales. Work on ad hoc projects, bringing fresh ideas while ensuring realistic, actionable solutions. What We're Looking For: Strong analytical mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python and data visualisation tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights. A proactive attitude with the confidence to challenge assumptions and think strategically. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring reports are accurate and actionable. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
