Designation: Team Lead - Sales & Ops About us: TranZact is an inventory and production management software for MSME manufacturers and traders in India. TranZact is a team of young enthusiasts with a common goal of making companies much more efficient by helping them grow their businesses and revolutionizing the way businesses interact with each other. Responsibilities: Support the Area Sales Manager in managing and guiding the team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Mentor and develop team members by providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative environment. Ensure smooth operational workflows and address any issues impacting team performance or sales activities. Coordinate daily sales activities, monitor team metrics, and track progress toward goals. Assist with lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management, ensuring high-quality client interactions. Develop and implement effective sales strategies in collaboration with the Sales Manager and adapt them to market dynamics. Represent TranZact's values and uphold a high standard of customer service in all client interactions. Requirements: Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA graduates preferred). 3+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Previous experience in team leadership or a supervisory role within a sales environment is preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving capabilities. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Experience of working in a fast-growing unstructured startup environment. In-depth experience of market research in SME SaaS-tech or SMB segments is preferred.
