<li>Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.</li>
<li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.</li>
<li>Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications with a focus on patient safety.</li>
<li>Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals and groups.</li>
<li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.</li>
<li>Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.</li>
<li>Educate patients and families on mental health conditions and treatment options.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and care.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric/Mental Health.</li>
<li>Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Maryland.</li>
<li>Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).</li>
<li>At least 2 years of experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.</li>
<li>Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.</li>
<li>Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.</li>
