Daily Accountabilities

As a Social Media Manager, you will:

• Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies tailored to Facebook and Instagram.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) in collaboration with the design and content teams.
• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and algorithm updates to ensure optimized content performance.
• Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and community management to build strong brand relationships.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports with insights and recommendations.
• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to maximize ROI.
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and aesthetics across all content.

Required Experience

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• 2+ years of proven experience managing social media accounts, especially Instagram and Facebook.
• Strong copywriting skills and a creative eye for visual content.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer) and Meta Business Suite.
• Understanding of analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to improve content and strategy.
• Experience in running and managing Facebook and Instagram basic ad campaigns.
