Main Responsibilities
Your mission, roles and responsibilities
- Responsible on tester design and development including test strategy, test coverage, test process, efficiency/yield, cost management, space utilization, and development schedule
- Develops test specification, procedures, setup and troubleshooting guides for test solution
- Develop Test sequences including measurement and calibration algorithm
- Validation of test FW/SW releases, including control run, fault injection activities
- Capable of troubleshooting and debugging test systems and automation solution from a software and hardware perspective
- Coordinates 3rd party test suppliers in designing, developing and fabricating test systems
- Works with other functional team to bring the test systems development from R&D stage to Mass Production stage.
- Support failure analysis on system either occurred in trial production stage or return from the customer. Use big data to improve test strategies and processes
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, ideally Electronic, Electrical Computer Engineering with 3+ years experience as a test engineer in test development, mix volume production related field
- Expertise in developing complex hardware test solutions utilizing both internal and 3rd party supplier
- Ability to design and execute development projects with a design of experiment approach (DOE) to service, troubleshoot and solve engineering/production problem
- Knowledge in statistical methods (e.g CPK, signma) for data analysis in production control processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Chinese and team collaboration skills
Preferred Qualification
- Additional experience in C++, Visual Basic, Visio Studio language preferred
- Unit testing experience is desirable
- Experience with IVI, IVE, Remote Tuner, Display, Car Electronic module are highly desired
- Experience using Minitab/JMP preferred
