Our Company activity is looking for a Sales, Programs & Engineering Talent & Organization Development Apprentice for its Headquarters based in Nanterre. As a Sales, Programs & Engineering Talent & Organization Development Apprentice at our automotive company's headquarters, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources team in the development and implementation of talent management and organizational development initiatives. This dynamic role will expose you to various facets of HR, allowing you to contribute to the growth and success of our organization. Your mission, roles and responsibilities Your missions: Training and Development: Support the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employees' skills and capabilities Coordinate training sessions and workshops, ensuring a seamless and effective learning experience for participants Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms Work closely with HR partners to identify opportunities for employee growth and development Organizational Development: Participate in projects related to organizational effectiveness, culture, and employee engagement Collaborate with teams to assess and enhance team dynamics, communication, and collaboration Employee Engagement: Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events Assist in the analysis of employee feedback and survey results, recommending strategies for improvement HR Analytics: Support data collection and analysis related to talent management and organizational development Assist in generating reports and insights to drive informed decision-making Your profile and competencies to succeed What if it were you?
