Innovation Technical Leader

Overall responsibilities and duties: In charge to drive an innovation project (concept, project timing ,validation according to the innovation process). Criteria: leads innovation projects with break-through innovation product The main missions of the role are: Technical responsibilities: Define: Innovation project planning Technical targets definition Ensure: Innovation PMS milestone deliverables for assigned project Compliance to the Innovation Delivery Process and deliverables Proper resource definition and allocation on each project That all risks on innovation projects are properly assessed, managed and removed, Report Innovation status (IRC, MIC, Gates) Report & Promote Innovation internally To secure Intellectual protection of product design with the help of IP team Prepare project presentations as per standard innovation contract Interactions with OEMs for product demonstrations, understanding feedbacks, specials requirements Support: Coordinate with marketing for business related KPIs and information.
