<strong>What You’ll Do<br></strong><br>
</div><div>As a Sign Production and Installation Specialist, you are the bridge between a design and a finished product. You will:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>
<strong>Fabricate & Assemble:</strong> Use advanced machinery (Laminator, Laser, Zund digital cutter) to construct high-quality signage, from flat panels to post & panel projects.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Expert Installation:</strong> Perform on-site installations of large-format graphics and pressure-sensitive vinyl.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Collaborate:</strong> Work with the sales team to provide accurate labor estimates and project updates.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Quality Control:</strong> Ensure every project meets our high standards by proofing work orders and troubleshooting equipment.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Site Surveys:</strong> Conduct site visits to gather technical measurements for the design team.<br><br>
</li>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>
<strong>Hands-on Experience:</strong> Proven skill with adhesive vinyl application and sign making.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Tool Savvy:</strong> Advanced knowledge of power tools and general construction methods (measuring, leveling, and cutting).<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Problem Solver:</strong> Ability to think on your feet and creatively overcome technical hurdles.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Detail-Oriented:</strong> Strong math and spelling skills with a commitment to "High Quality" output.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Requirements:</strong> Valid Texas Driver’s License and a clean driving record.<br><br>
</li>

<strong>Physical Demands<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Ability to lift <strong>75+ lbs</strong> and stand/kneel for extended periods.<br><br>
</li>
<li>Manual dexterity to apply vinyl graphics using repetitive hand motions.<br><br>
</li>
<li>Comfort working in varying temperatures and outdoor weather conditions.<br><br>
