This role requires <strong>occasional</strong> flexibility for early<strong> starts</strong> or <strong>working past 5:00 PM</strong> to ensure a high-profile install is completed perfectly. <br><br>

<strong>Mechanical IQ:</strong> You understand structural anchoring, substrates (brick, block, EIFS), and basic electrical. You take pride in work that is level, plumb, and permanent.<br><br>

<strong>Professionalism:</strong> You can communicate clearly with business owners and site managers.<br><br>
</li>

<strong>Requirements:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>5+ years of Lead experience in Construction, Remodeling, or Skilled Trades.<br><br>
</li>
<li>A clean driving record (Required for bucket truck insurance).<br><br>
</li>
<li>Comfortable at heights and on ladders.</li>
