You’ll use a variety of tools to assemble, erect and hang items, both inside and out. Fear of heights is not in your vocabulary! In fact, most of your days will be spent moving, lifting and building for a wide variety of sign installations.<br><br> </div><div>Benefits/Perks:<br><br> </div><ul> <li>Competitive Pay</li> <li>Paid Vacation and Holiday</li> <li> Performance Bonus</li> <li> Ongoing Training Opportunities</li> </ul><div> <strong>Key Responsibilities:<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>Measure, cut, and apply vinyl graphics, wraps, and lettering to surfaces such as vehicles, glass, walls, and panels</li> <li>Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or priming to ensure proper adhesion</li> <li>Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and installation instructions</li> <li>Use tools such as squeegees, heat guns, knives, and application fluids</li> <li>Remove existing vinyl or graphics when required without damaging surfaces</li> <li>Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met</li> <li>Work both in-shop and on-site at customer locations</li> <li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace</li> <li>Follow safety procedures and company guidelines</li> </ul><div> <strong>Qualifications:<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>Experience with vinyl installation, signage, or vehicle wraps preferred</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship</li> <li>Ability to work with hands and handle tools safely</li> <li>Comfortable working on ladders or lifts when needed</li> <li>Basic math and measurement skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li> <li>Valid driver’s license (preferred for field work)</li> </ul><div> <strong>Physical Requirements:<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>Ability to stand for extended periods</li> <li>Lift and carry materials (typically up to 50 lbs)</li> <li>Perform repetitive hand and arm movements</li> <li>Work in varying environments (indoor/outdoor, different temperatures)</li> </ul><div> <strong>Preferred Skills:<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>Experience with large-format graphics or vehicle wraps</li> <li>Familiarity with design/layout software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator) is a plus</li> <li>Problem-solving skills and adaptability on job sites</li> </ul><div> <br>Do you enjoy working with people?
