<strong>The Sign Installer / Vehicle Wrap Installer is responsible for the professional installation of a wide range of signage and graphics, including vehicle wraps, vinyl lettering, wall murals, and exterior signs. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with vinyl application and a strong understanding of installation techniques and safety practices.<br></strong><br>
</div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Install vinyl graphics, decals, and full/partial vehicle wraps on cars, trucks, vans, and fleets</li>
<li>Prepare surfaces for installation, including cleaning, measuring, and masking</li>
<li>Install a variety of signage types such as banners, window graphics, dimensional letters, and illuminated signs</li>
<li>Operate tools and equipment including ladders, lifts, heat guns, rivet brushes, and squeegees</li>
<li>Ensure all installations meet quality standards and client expectations</li>
<li>Perform site surveys and take accurate measurements when needed</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with production and design teams to ensure proper execution of projects</li>
<li>Troubleshoot installation challenges and make on-site adjustments as necessary</li>
<li>Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work environment</li>
<li>Follow all safety guidelines and protocols, especially when working at heights or with electrical signage</li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul>
<li>1–3+ years of experience in sign installation and/or vehicle wrap installation</li>
<li>Proficiency in vinyl application techniques, including flat surfaces, curves, and complex contours</li>
<li>Experience with large-format graphics and wrap materials</li>
<li>Ability to read layouts, proofs, and basic technical drawings</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>
</ul><div><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Experience with fleet wraps and color change wraps</li>
<li>Familiarity with vinyl brands and materials (e.g., cast vs. calendared films)</li>
<li>Certification from industry organizations (e.g., PDAA or UASG) is a plus</li>
<li>Basic electrical knowledge for illuminated sign installation</li>
<li>Experience operating bucket trucks or aerial lifts</li>
</ul><div><strong>Work Environment:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Mix of indoor shop work and outdoor, on-site installations</li>
<li>Work may involve heights, ladders, and varying weather conditions</li>
<li>Requires physical activity including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods</li>
<li>Occasional travel and overtime depending on project needs</li>
