Role Description The Fast Food Team Member is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik, responsible for delivering a friendly and efficient guest experience. Day-to-day tasks include taking customer orders, preparing and serving food and beverages according to established recipes and standards, and maintaining a clean and organized service area. The team member will follow food safety and hygiene guidelines, handle cash and digital payments accurately, and support opening and closing procedures. This role also involves restocking supplies, working closely with other team members to ensure fast and smooth operations, and positively representing Tavency’s brand with professional and courteous service.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess core food service skills, including Food Service and Food & Beverage handling.
- Candidates should possess practical food preparation skills, including Food Preparation and basic kitchen operations.
- Candidates should possess strong food safety awareness, including Food Safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Candidates should possess customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service, communication, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills, with the ability to work with POS systems and digital payments.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Prior experience in fast food, quick service restaurants, or food & beverage outlets is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed, and willingness to learn and grow within the team.
