Position: Art Director/Graphic Designer Department: Creative Location: Santacruz(West) Mumbai Reports to: Creative Director Key Responsibilities: Lead the visual development of advertising campaigns from concept to execution. Collaborate closely with creative teams, clients, and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions. Create and manage visual assets for print, digital, social media, and other marketing materials. Develop creative concepts and present design ideas to clients, incorporating feedback into final deliverables. Oversee design quality, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines. Create and refine typography, color schemes, and layouts to create visually compelling designs. Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help improve their work. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high design standards. Stay updated with current design trends and best practices in advertising and marketing. Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, illustrators, and other creatives to enhance the overall concept. Prepare files for production and ensure design integrity across various formats. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Minimum of 0.6-6 years of experience in an advertising agency or creative studio. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles. Proven experience in conceptualizing and executing advertising campaigns across multiple media. Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Creative, innovative, and willing to push boundaries while keeping the brand message intact. Knowledge of video and motion graphics is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with UI/UX design or digital product design. Familiarity with HTML/CSS or web design principles.
