About Role:
We are hiring a Fashion Trainer to deliver product and sales training in the women’s apparel/innerwear category across retail stores.
Key Note:
This role involves training store teams on women’s innerwear (lingerie) products, so candidates should be comfortable handling this category.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication
- Training / L&D / Retail trainer experience
- Willing to travel
- Experience in apparel / fashion retail preferred
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of styling techniques, fabric properties, and current fashion trends
- Experience in creating and implementing training programs and workshops
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proficiency in customer service strategies and retail operations
- Prior experience in the fashion or apparel industry is highly valuable
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and store management
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Merchandising, or related field is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
