Key Responsibilities
Customer Styling (Online & Offline)
Provide personalized styling consultations through virtual and in-person sessions, helping customers discover outfits suited to their style, body type, and occasions.
Responsibilities include:
• Conducting online styling consultations and fashion advisory sessions
• Providing wardrobe guidance and outfit recommendations
• Helping customers create complete looks for various occasions
• Delivering personalized fashion experiences that enhance customer satisfaction
Try-Before-You-Buy (TBYB) Styling
Deliver Sevora’s signature Try-Before-You-Buy experience by bringing curated fashion selections directly to customers.
Responsibilities include:
• Curating outfit selections based on customer preferences
• Visiting customers with selected products for trials
• Assisting customers during outfit trials and styling combinations
• Providing fit, styling, and fashion guidance
• Supporting customers in finalizing their purchase decisions
E-commerce Styling & Look Creation
Create complete styling looks for Sevora’s e-commerce platform to inspire customers and improve product discovery.
Responsibilities include:
• Creating outfit combinations for product pages
• Developing “Complete the Look” styling recommendations
• Curating occasion-based and seasonal styling collections
• Supporting merchandising with styling insights
Lookbook & Campaign Styling
Lead styling for fashion shoots, campaigns, and seasonal lookbooks.
Responsibilities include:
• Conceptualizing styling themes and mood boards
• Curating outfits for campaigns and editorials
• Collaborating with photographers, models, and marketing teams
• Ensuring consistent visual storytelling aligned with Sevora’s brand identity
Trend Forecasting & Fashion Insights
Monitor global fashion trends, runway insights, and consumer preferences to guide styling direction and product curation.
Responsibilities include:
• Creating trend reports and inspiration boards
• Sharing insights with buying and merchandising teams
• Supporting product selection through styling perspectives
Collaboration & Leadership
• Mentor and guide junior stylists
• Collaborate with marketing teams on social media and fashion campaigns
• Provide customer insights to improve inventory planning and product selection
Qualifications
- Experience 3+ years of experience in fashion styling, retail fashion, personal styling, or editorial styling, with a strong styling portfolio.
- Education Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Styling, Fashion Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Technical Skills
• Experience with online styling consultations
• Familiarity with e-commerce fashion styling
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop / InDesign) is a plus
