Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Fashion Stylist and Coach to join our team. This role entails conceptualizing and executing high-impact styling and grooming experiences for junior talent while coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in fashion styling and event coordination, with a keen understanding of brand aesthetics, production requirements, and talent development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Shoot & Campaign Execution
- Develop comprehensive styling concepts, mood boards, and shoot scripts aligned with brand identity and JFW themes.
- Coordinate with creative and production vendors including photographers, cinematographers, and prop stylists.
- Style models as per brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency and creative excellence.
- Organize and facilitate pre-shoot workshops and online styling sessions for participating talent.
- Supervise shoot execution and post-production processes to ensure timely and quality output.
2. Show Coordination
- Plan and conduct online and on-ground grooming workshops for junior participants.
- Oversee backstage operations, including model styling, grooming, and wardrobe management.
- Manage show-day activities such as media bytes, parent interactions, and model photoshoots.
- Coordinate with event teams to ensure seamless integration of styling within the broader show flow.
3. Talent Management
- Identify and create opportunities for junior talent to gain visibility in campaigns, shoots, and casting projects.
- Maintain relationships with agents, casting directors, production houses, and media professionals.
- Negotiate and facilitate suitable project engagements for enrolled talents.
- Guide junior talent through casting and live audition opportunities wherever feasible.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Styling, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in styling, grooming, or fashion show coordination.
- Proven ability to conceptualize and execute styling projects with precision and creativity.
- Prior experience working with children is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours based on event schedules.
