Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Merchandiser / Junior Designer based in Mumbai. The role involves curating and managing merchandise to align with the brand's vision, planning and executing visual displays, and collaborating on creative projects. The individual will assist with retail operations, engage customers with outstanding service, and contribute to design processes that highlight emerging trends and the company’s distinctive style.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build client relationships and deliver excellent customer interactions
• Background in Sales and Retail to effectively support inventory management and meet sales targets
• Knowledge of Marketing to contribute to brand promotions and campaigns
• Creative mindset and attention to detail for assisting in design and visual merchandising
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced role
• Proficiency and experience in the fashion industry or related role is a plus
• Educational background in fashion design, marketing, or a related field preferred
