One of our client a leading fashion brand headquatered in delhi with operations in all the major metro cities is looking out for Fashion Merchandiser for soutrh delhi of the client.

Role- Fashion Merchandiser
Experience- 1-3 years as a fashion designer
Joining- Maximum 15 days
Job role /Purpose
Drive product strategy to deliver the right styles, at the right price, time, and quantity to hit sales and margin targets.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan assortments: Build seasonal product ranges based on trends, sales data, and budget
- Analyze performance: Track sell-through, stock, margins. Take action on bestsellers/slow movers
- Manage inventory: Control OTB, pricing, markdowns, and distribution across stores/ecom
- Trend + market research: Spot commercial opportunities from runway, competitors, and customer data
- Cross-functional link: Bridge design, buying, production, and retail/ecom teams
Requirements
- Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Retail, or Business
- 1+ years in merchandising/buying/planning
- Strong Excel, analytical, and financial skills - OTB, margin, sell-through
- Commercial awareness + product intuition
