Role Overview
We are seeking a Fashion Merchandiser to manage sampling and production processes end-to-end. This role will work closely with the design team and external vendors to ensure seamless execution from concept to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate end-to-end sampling, from initial prototypes to final approved samples
• Liaise with fabric and trim vendors for sourcing, development, and timely delivery
• Manage communication with factories and production units
• Track production timelines, approvals, and order status across multiple styles
• Prepare and manage costing sheets, purchase orders (POs), and production requirements
• Ensure consistency between approved samples and bulk production
• Monitor and resolve quality issues, delays, and production challenges
• Maintain clear documentation of styles, specifications, and production details
Candidate Profile
• 2–5 years of experience in fashion merchandising / apparel product development
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and trims
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and timelines efficiently
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
