Role Description The Fashion Merchandiser will manage product selection, assortment planning, to align with Kasya.in’s brand vision and customer preferences. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing sales trends, coordinating with design and production teams, planning seasonal collections, and ensuring stock levels are optimized. The role also involves creating visual merchandising plans, collaborating with marketing to support promotions, and gathering customer feedback to refine future assortments. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, requiring close coordination with store staff and cross-functional teams to deliver an engaging shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Retail skills to manage product performance, support targets, and optimize the shopping experience.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to contribute to promotional activities, visual campaigns, and brand storytelling in-store.
- Candidates should have basic analytical and merchandising skills, including inventory management, trend analysis, and assortment planning.
- Relevant experience in fashion retail or merchandising is preferred, with an understanding of women’s apparel and current market trends.
- A diploma or degree in Fashion, Merchandising, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with design, operations, and sales teams.
