Company: Diva Daulti Location: Sector 7, Noida (On-site) Industry: Garment Export House — Women's Western Wear Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 1–2 years (export house / apparel preferred) Apply at: office@divadaulti.com
About Us
Diva Daulti is a Noida-based garment manufacturing and export house specializing in women's western wear. We work with international buyers (US & EU) and manage the complete cycle in-house — from sampling and development to production and shipment.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Fashion Merchandiser who can own the order cycle end-to-end — buyer communication, sampling coordination, costing, and production follow-up till timely delivery. This role is the bridge between our buyers and the factory floor.
Key ResponsibilitiesBuyer Handling
- Act as the point of contact for buyer communication — briefs, queries, approvals, and order follow-ups
- Follow up on approvals: lab dips, strike-offs, fit samples, and PP samples
- Share timely updates with buyers on order status and shipment schedules
Sampling & Costing
- Coordinate the complete sampling cycle — development, fits, and revisions till approval
- Prepare costing sheets covering fabric, trims, CMT, and finishing costs
- Maintain Time & Action (T&A) calendars for every order — sampling to shipment
Production & Vendor Coordination
- Follow up with fabric, trims, washing, and printing vendors for on-time inputs
- Coordinate with cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing teams to keep orders on track
- Flag delays or quality issues early and coordinate solutions
- Support final inspection and shipment readiness — packing, labeling, and documentation
Systems & Processes
- Help build and maintain brand templates, trackers, and merchandising processes
- Keep order files, approvals, and records organized and up to date
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a merchandiser, preferably in a garment export house
- Understanding of the export order cycle — sampling, approvals, T&A, and shipment
- Basic knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment construction
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills — organized and deadline-driven
- Good written and spoken English for buyer communication
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for costing and trackers
Good to Have
- Experience with US/EU buyers and their quality expectations
- Degree/Diploma in Fashion Merchandising or Apparel Management (NIFT, Pearl, or equivalent)
What We Offer
- Direct exposure to international buyers and complete export operations
- End-to-end ownership of orders — not just one slice of the process
- A growing setup with room to take responsibility and grow fast
