Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated professional for the Fashion Management role at our on-site office in Kalyan. This is a full-time role that involves overseeing and coordinating fashion-related projects, driving sales strategies, monitoring market trends, managing client relationships, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Key responsibilities include contributing to product design, assisting with fashion styling, and implementing marketing initiatives to grow brand presence and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Fashion, Fashion Styling, and Fashion Design
- Proven experience and knowledge in Sales and Marketing strategies
- Ability to manage design projects effectively, with attention to aesthetics and current market trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building strong client relationships
- Understanding of the intimate apparel industry and sourcing processes is a significant advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
