We are looking for a Fashion Design Lead who will take complete ownership of design — from vision to final product on shelf. This is a leadership role for someone who thinks like a product owner, builds strong teams, and drives design decisions with both creativity and commercial impact.

🎯 What You’ll Own

✨ Seasonal design vision, product direction, and collection storytelling

✨ End-to-end product lifecycle — concept → sampling → production → launch

✨ Design team leadership, mentoring, and performance direction

✨ Final design approvals and product readiness standards

✨ Strong collaboration with merchandising, sourcing, and leadership teams

✨ Translating trends into brand-relevant, sellable products

✨ Driving innovation in fabrics, prints, silhouettes, and categories

✔ Strong garment construction, fabric, and fit expertise

✔ Proven experience leading or mentoring design teams
