- Surface Ornamentation: Design original artworks for embroideries (Zardozi, Gota Patti, Chikankari, etc.) and prints, working closely with in-house karigars and vendors.
- Tech Packs & Spec Sheets: Develop detailed technical flat sketches and comprehensive tech packs (including BOM) for pattern masters and tailors.
- Fabric & Trim Sourcing: Source traditional Indian textiles, silks, cottons and laces, with an understanding of dyeing, block printing, and digital printing techniques.
- Fit & Silhouette Execution: Lead fit sessions to ensure silhouettes cater perfectly to regional sizing, drape flawlessly, and retain comfort.
What You Bring (Requirements)
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven professional experience as a Fashion Designer specializing in Indian Ethnic Wear, Traditional Wear or Fusion Wear.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design or Apparel Design (from institutes like NIFT, NID, Pearl Academy or equivalent).
- Technical Software: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for creating high-quality digital CADs and fashion illustrations.
- Technical Design: Demonstrated experience in building comprehensive Tech Packs, Specification Sheets, and BOM.
- A portfolio showcasing strong knowledge of ethnic wear, CADs, and commercially relevant ethnic silhouettes.

- Creative Autonomy: A culture that trusts your artistic vision and gives you the creative freedom to shape seasonal collections.
- Competitive Compensation: Competitive salary package
- State-of-the-Art Studio: Access to industry-leading tools and services
- Comprehensive Benefits: Flexible leave policies and standard employee wellness programs.
