CTC: ₹1.2L – ₹3L (Depends on commercial capability, not degree)
Experience: 3–15 years - Only Casual & western wear Designer.

We are not a boutique or designer label — we are a fast fashion + scale business.
Role Objective
Design high-selling, cost-effective, trend-right garments that can be produced at scale and sold under ₹999 MRP.
Key Responsibilities
- Create monthly collections (20–40 styles) across mens / womens / kids Casual wear
- Develop commercial designs in casual wear, not concept art
- Work closely with merchandising + factory team for execution
- Ensure costing fits ₹99–₹999 MRP structure
- Prepare tech packs (measurements, trims, construction details)
- Follow trend research + competitor analysis (Zudio, Trends, Max, etc.)
- Support sampling, fitting, and production approvals
- Optimize designs for fabric efficiency & production scalability
Mandatory Skills (Non-negotiable)
- Strong understanding of mass market fashion (NOT couture)
- Ability to design under strict costing constraints
- Knowledge of fabrics, GSM, trims, and production processes
- Experience in Excel + tech pack creation
- Fast execution (speed matters more than perfection)
Who Should NOT Apply
- Boutique / bridal / couture designers
- Designers focused only on creativity without costing knowledge
- Candidates with no understanding of production or factory workflow
