Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Fashion Designer role located in Bhopal. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing innovative and stylish designs, coordinating fabric selection, and ensuring quality in garment fitting and finishing. Responsibilities include researching the latest trends, sketching design ideas, and managing the end-to-end execution of the design process, including collaborating with other team members and suppliers. The Fashion Designer will also play a key role in developing embroidery patterns and working with textiles to elevate product appeal.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Fashion Design and a solid understanding of design principles, trends, and creative processes
- Hands-on experience in Textiles and deep knowledge of fabric properties and material sourcing
- Skilled in Embroidery techniques and incorporating intricate designs into fashion pieces
- Expertise in garment Fitting and ensuring attention to detail in the production process
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, or a related field is preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and stylish fashion design work
- Prior experience in the fashion industry is a plus
