Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Designer role based in Hyderabad. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for creating unique and trend-driven fashion designs, incorporating traditional and modern elements. The role includes designing apparel, selecting textiles, ensuring proper fittings, and collaborating with artisans to incorporate intricate embroidery work into the final products. The designer will also contribute to enhancing the brand’s collection and aligning with customer preferences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Fashion Design and a strong sense of aesthetics in the fashion industry
- Knowledge of Textiles, materials, and their appropriate application in design
- Experience in creating and supervising Embroidery work and other intricate craft techniques
- Strong understanding of garment Fitting processes and their importance in finalizing designs
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and ability to transform concepts into tangible products
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, or a related field
- Prior experience in fashion retail, apparel, or handicraft industry is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with artisans and cross-functional teams
