Fashion Designer – Womenswear (Full-Time, Onsite – Mumbai)
We’re hiring a Women's Wear Fashion Designer who understands what women actually want to wear, not just what looks good on a moodboard.

📍 Location: BKC, Mumbai
🕒 Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
💰 CTC: ₹2.4 LPA
What You’ll Do
- Design womenswear collections across categories (casual, occasion, everyday essentials)
- Translate trends into fast-moving, commercially viable styles
- Create CADs, sketches, and tech packs with production-ready clarity
- Work on fits, silhouettes, and fabric selection specifically for women’s comfort and styling
- Coordinate with tailors/vendors for sampling and production
- Continuously analyze what’s working (and what’s not) and iterate fast
- Contribute ideas for new drops, collections, and product directions
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in womenswear design (freshers with strong portfolios can apply)
- Strong understanding of female silhouettes, fits, and sizing
- Good sense of color, fabric, drape, and detailing
- Skilled in Illustrator / Photoshop (or equivalent tools)
- Fast learner with a strong execution mindset
Bonus Points If You
- Have worked with D2C or fast-fashion brands
- Can move fast and iterate on designs quickly
