Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Designer role based in Noida. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for creating and developing innovative, high-quality designs tailored to women’s wear. Daily responsibilities include designing garments with artistic embellishments, exploring textiles, coordinating embroidery designs, and ensuring proper fittings. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the designer will contribute to upholding the company’s standard of aesthetic appeal and quality.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Fashion Design and creating innovative, trend-aligned women’s wear
- Proficiency in working with Textiles and understanding fabric design and development
- Knowledge of Embroidery techniques and designs, with attention to intricate details
- Experience with garment Fitting processes to ensure proper silhouette, cuts, and functionality
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and passion for craftsmanship
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with high-value designs and working knowledge of modern fashion trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field preferred
