Designer & Merchandiser – On-site in Mumbai
We’re looking for a creative powerhouse who’s equally at home designing beautiful sleepwear and bringing it to life in the market. In this role, you’ll design products that make women feel confident and comfortable, then ensure they reach the right customers. You’ll handle everything from trend research and design to coordinating production and planning collections that sell. If you’ve got an eye for aesthetics, a knack for market trends, and love working on-site with a close-knit team in Mumbai, we want you!
Responsibilities:
• Design sleepwear collections aligned with our brand identity.
• Source fabrics, coordinate with manufacturers, and manage sampling.
• Plan product merchandising strategies and ensure timely launches.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to position collections effectively.
You’ll need:
• Experience in both fashion design and merchandising (ideally in apparel).
• A strong understanding of trends and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
