About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Program Coordinator to join The Man Project. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing various programs aimed at personal development and community engagement. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of men's issues, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Community Development, or a related field. Prior experience in program management, community outreach, or nonprofit organizations is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with men's mental health issues, personal development strategies, and event planning will be advantageous. A proactive attitude, problem-solving capabilities, and a passion for social impact are key attributes we seek in our ideal candidate.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging programs, workshops, and initiatives aligned with the organization’s mission and community needs.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, participant registration, and resource management.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, sponsors, and stakeholders to enhance program reach and effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, collecting feedback to inform continuous improvement.
- Manage communication channels, including social media, newsletters, and outreach campaigns, to promote upcoming events and initiatives.
- Provide support and mentorship to program participants, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations.
- Prepare reports and presentations on program performance for internal and external audiences.
