Fashion Design, PR and Events Internship
Location: Jayanagar 5th Block, Bengaluru (Strictly Offline Only)
Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (No flexible days)
Stipend: ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per month (Based on Project-Based KPIs)
The Mission
To live at the intersection of creation, execution, and curation. You are a multi-hat wearer working directly with the founder to run studio operations. You will design, collaborate with the production masters, launch your own pieces into the market, manage high-end offline events, and fuel our digital channels with high-vibe, premium content.
Detailed Weekly/Monthly Output1. Design, Production & Market Launch (The Maker)
- Direct Production Coordination: Work hand-in-hand with the master pattern-maker and tailoring team to translate sketches into flawless, physical garments, ensuring strict adherence to premium quality standards.
- Launch Your Own Designs: Take the creative lead on designing your own "1-of-a-kind" pieces, oversee their end-to-end construction, and officially launch them onto the Myth Era retail floor.
- Founder Shadowing: Collaborate directly with the founder on a daily basis, adapting swiftly to the fast-moving needs of a luxury couture brand.
2. PR, Events & Digital Assists (The Connector & Storyteller)
- High-End Pop-Ups: Schedule, organize, and execute "Boutique-at-your-door" events in elite residential hubs and villa compounds across Bengaluru’s top neighborhoods.
- Large-Scale Partnerships: Pitch and secure collaborations with established event brands (e.g., Conscious Souk, Bangalore Art Weekend) and lead face-to-face meetings with city art gallery directors.
- Digital Team Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing team, providing them with cool, exclusive behind-the-scenes content ideas, aesthetic angles, and premium studio inputs that scream luxury.
- Fearless Public Speaking: Represent the brand with confidence, managing the strict logistics and public networking required to run premium live events.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Launch Success (Design to Floor): Number of self-designed and master-coordinated "1-of-a-kind" pieces successfully launched onto the showroom floor.
- Network & Lead Reach (PR/Events): Successful high-value collaborations secured and high-end villa residents or art collectors actively engaged.
- Operational Agility: Seamless coordination between the tailoring team, the digital desk, and the founder's daily vision.
