Role Description The Fashion Design Intern role at Zenithindia is a full-time remote position focused on supporting the development of innovative fashion concepts aligned with Gen Z culture and brand narratives. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with fashion design sketches, mood boards, and concept development for collections and campaigns. The intern will help with fabric and textile research, basic pattern work, and sample preparation, as well as collaborate with designers, graphic artists, and content teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling. Additional tasks may involve supporting styling for shoots, organizing digital design files, and preparing presentations for internal reviews. The role is ideal for individuals eager to learn in a fast-paced, experimental environment and contribute fresh ideas to fashion and culture-led projects.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Fashion Design and Fashion Styling to contribute to concept creation, look development, and overall visual direction.
- Candidates should possess skills in Textiles and Sewing to support fabric selection, basic construction, sample finishing, and quality detailing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Graphic Design to assist with digital sketches, visual layouts, mood boards, and collaborative work with content and branding teams.
- Candidates should demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and an understanding of current and emerging fashion trends, especially those relevant to Gen Z culture.
- Candidates should have strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines.
- Enrollment in or completion of a program in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio showcasing relevant work is highly beneficial.
