Role Description
This full-time, on-site position is located in Indore. As a Fashion Design Instructor, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging coursework aligned with industry standards. Along with teaching and facilitating student learning, you will design curriculum, conduct training sessions, mentor students on design projects, and help cultivate creative design thinking. You will also stay updated on industry trends to enhance the educational experience and ensure student success.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Design Thinking and creative problem-solving methodologies
- Experience in Curriculum Development and instructional planning
- Proficiency in Teaching and conducting engaging, interactive sessions
- Skills in Instructional Design and delivering vocational training programs
- Excellent communication, mentorship, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles
- Experience in the fashion design industry or relevant projects is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Education, or a related field
