Role ObjectiveThe Executive of Customer Experience & Production Operations is a dual-function role designed for a high-performing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, product-driven environment. Based at our Thane headquarters, you will serve as the primary liaison between our global clientele and our manufacturing unit, ensuring that Mazikien’s standards for quality and service are upheld at every touchpoint.
Key ResponsibilitiesI. Client Relationship Management- Brand Advocacy: Manage all B2C communications via professional channels (Email, WhatsApp Business, and Social CRM), delivering sophisticated and timely responses.
- Technical Consultation: Act as a product expert, advising clients on garment construction, fabric performance (sustainable textiles), and fit specifications to ensure high satisfaction and low return rates.
- End-to-End Issue Resolution: Independently manage the returns and exchange pipeline, turning service challenges into opportunities for brand loyalty.
II. Production & Factory Administration- Workflow Coordination: Facilitate daily syncs between the front-end sales team and the production floor to ensure made-to-order and stock items are prioritized correctly.
- Pre-Dispatch Quality Control: Conduct final inspections of all garments to ensure they meet Mazikien’s premium finishing standards before shipping.
- Logistics & Fulfillment: Oversee the dispatch process, coordinating with domestic and international courier partners to maintain lean delivery timelines.
- Inventory Management: Monitor raw material levels and finished goods stock, reporting directly to the Founder to prevent production bottlenecks.
III. Systems & PR Support- E-commerce Backend: Utilize Shopify/ERP systems to process orders, generate invoices, and update digital inventory in real-time.
- Sample Management: Oversee the logistics of PR dispatches for influencer collaborations and celebrity styling, ensuring samples are tracked and returned in pristine condition.
Candidate Specifications- Experience: 1–3 years in Fashion Operations, Merchandising, or Premium Retail Support.
- Language Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written English is mandatory; proficiency in Hindi is required for effective coordination with the production team.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Professional Attributes: * Strong organizational skills with an "eye for detail."
- Ability to multitask between administrative tasks and high-pressure production deadlines.
- A proactive, "ownership" mindset regarding customer satisfaction.
Terms of Employment- Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Location: Candidates must be able to commute daily to our office/factory in Kasarvadavali, Thane West.
