✨ Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a personalised styling experience to customers
- Achieve individual sales targets & KPIs
- Build strong customer relationships & repeat clientele
- Maintain store presentation & VM standards
- Drive upselling & cross-selling to enhance customer basket size
🎯 Ideal Candidate:
- 1–10 years' experience in fashion/apparel retail
- Experience brands like Zara, H&M, Massimo Dutti, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Superdry, Levi’s, United Colours of Benetton, Hugo Boss, Armani Exchange, and Jack & Jones.
- Strong communication & customer handling skills
- Passion for fashion trends & styling
- Target-driven & energetic personality
