Role Description
The Fashion Consultant will play a key role in enhancing customer experiences and driving sales for our luxury silver jewelery brand. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad. Daily responsibilities include advising clients on jewelry selections, providing expert fashion consulting, offering stellar customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The consultant will also contribute to achieving sales targets and support the overall operations of the store.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of luxury silver jewelry and fashion consulting expertise
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage and connect with clients
- Proficiency in sales with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Passion for fashion trends and creating personalized shopping experiences
- Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and maintain a professional demeanor
- Flexibility to work in a retail environment, including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience in the luxury or fashion retail industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent education; additional certifications in fashion/design are an advantage
