Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Bridal wardrobe assistance:
- Support senior stylists in planning complete wedding wardrobes for brides across all ceremonies, including engagement, Mehendi, Haldi, wedding, reception, cocktail, and post-wedding functions.
- Assist in ensuring styling consistency, color coordination, silhouette balance, and theme alignment under guidance.
- Digital styling and sketching:
- Create digital outfit sketches and mood boards using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, and fashion illustration software.
- Assist in building color stories, silhouette maps, and visual previews to help brides envision their ensembles.
- Client consultation support:
- Observe and assist in styling sessions (online and in-studio) to learn about body types, skin tones, wedding themes, venues, and cultural preferences.
- Help senior consultants prepare outfit options and maintain client communication with professionalism and empathy.
- Bridal order coordination:
- Support the design and production teams in converting styling plans into production orders.
- Help track measurements, customizations, embellishments, and delivery timelines to ensure smooth execution of bridal orders.
- Learning sales and relationship management:
- Gain exposure to high-value bridal orders and understand upselling of coordinated items such as dupattas, blouses, jewelry, and accessories.
- Learn strategies for building long-term relationships with clients.
