Job Title: Fashion Consultant / Sales Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Fashion Consultant / Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of style, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fashion and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers in selecting apparel and accessories based on their preferences and requirements
- Provide personalized styling advice and ensure a premium shopping experience
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on latest fashion trends
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation
- Handle billing, POS operations, and customer queries efficiently
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Requirements:- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail sales / fashion industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality with a keen interest in fashion
- Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and retail operations
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:- Graduate in Fashion / Retail / Business or relevant field
- Experience in luxury or designer retail will be an added advantage
