Job Title: Fashion Consultant

Role Overview
A Fashion Consultant is responsible for delivering a
premium customer experience, understanding customer preferences, and providing
personalized styling solutions to drive sales and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a premium in-store experience
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable outfits and styling options
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue
- Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Stay updated with latest fashion trends and product knowledge
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in inventory management and stock upkeep
Key Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fashion and styling
- Customer-centric approach
- Well-groomed and presentable personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Prior experience in retail/fashion is preferred (freshers can also apply)
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion or a related field
