We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage client interactions and ensure seamless communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp chats, and customer queries professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, timelines, and order status.
- Coordinate with designers, production, and delivery teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain and update customer data and interaction records.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients for inquiries, feedback, and order updates.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns and complaints efficiently.
- Support in client retention and relationship building.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements
- Graduate in Fashion Degree.
- Prior experience in customer service / CRE / client handling is preferred.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Comfortable handling calls and WhatsApp communication.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in fashion / retail / customization industry is a plus.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude
