Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Consultant role based in the Mohali district. The Fashion Consultant will assist clients in selecting outfits and accessories that suit their personal style, body type, and occasion. Daily responsibilities include greeting clients, understanding their preferences, providing styling recommendations, and ensuring a high-quality in-store experience. The role involves maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, coordinating looks on the sales floor, and supporting visual merchandising to showcase key collections. The Fashion Consultant will also handle basic sales activities, such as guiding clients through purchases and collaborating with team members to meet store performance goals.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Fashion Consulting and Product Knowledge skills to provide informed and personalized styling advice.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients professionally and build lasting relationships.
- Candidates should possess effective Sales skills to support client purchasing decisions and contribute to store targets.
- Candidates should have good visual sense and attention to detail for outfit coordination and basic visual merchandising.
- Relevant experience in fashion retail, styling, or personal shopping is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in the Mohali district, including weekends and peak seasons as needed.
- Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills are beneficial.
- Formal education in fashion, design, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
