Role Overview
We are looking for friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Fashion Consultant
to join our store team. You will be the face of Pinklay helping customers discover
products, offering styling or product advice, and ensuring a warm in-store
experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
1. Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
2. Understand customer preferences and offer thoughtful product suggestions
3. Ensure every customer leaves with a positive Pinklay experience
Sales & Store Support
1. Achieve individual and store sales targets
2. Assist with billing, POS operations, and cash handling
3. Support upselling and cross-selling across categories
Store Presentation
1. Maintain store cleanliness, organisation, and visual standards
2. Assist with product displays, folding, and replenishment
3. Support new launches, promotions, and seasonal displays
Inventory & Operations
1. Help with stock receiving, tagging, and inventory checks
2. Alert the Store Manager about low stock or damaged products
3. Follow store SOPs and safety guidelines
Requirements
1. 1-5 years of experience in retail or customer service (fashion/lifestyle
preferred)
2. Strong communication skills and a pleasant, customer-friendly attitude
3. Willingness to learn about products, fabrics, and styling
4. Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays
5. Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is a plus
