Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Consultant role based in Delhi, India. The Fashion Consultant will guide customers in selecting Mulmul outfits that suit their style, body type, and occasion, while showcasing the brand’s range of ethnic wear. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing personalized styling advice, explaining product details and fabric quality, and maintaining a welcoming and inclusive in-store experience. The role involves supporting sales through attentive customer service, handling inquiries, and collaborating with the store team to meet targets and uphold visual merchandising standards. The Fashion Consultant will also share feedback from customers to help improve collections and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Fashion Consulting skills, including an eye for styling, trends, and ethnic wear aesthetics.
- Candidates should possess deep Product Knowledge to explain fabrics, fits, craftsmanship, and garment care confidently.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage with diverse customers and collaborate with team members.
- Candidates should possess high-quality Customer Service skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert styling advice into purchases while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Relevant experience in retail fashion, luxury or ethnic wear is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, including weekends and peak festive seasons, as part of a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi, with additional languages a plus.
- A diploma or degree in Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
