Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Fashion Consultant. The Fashion Consultant will provide personalized styling services to customers by understanding their preferences and needs. The role involves assisting customers in selecting appropriate apparel and accessories, offering product recommendations, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Additionally, the consultant will stay updated on current fashion trends, manage client interactions, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve store goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Fashion Consulting and knowledge of current trends and products
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build strong client relationships
- Sales experience, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Ability to provide personalized styling advice and recommendations
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to cater to unique customer preferences
- Prior experience in retail, fashion, or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Retail Operations, or a related field is preferred
