Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position as a Fashion Consultant based in Indore. The Fashion Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting apparel, offering personalized fashion advice, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include maintaining in-depth product knowledge, driving sales, creating tailored styling solutions, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience. The role also involves staying updated on current fashion trends and contributing to the store's overall aesthetic and operational success.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Fashion Consulting and Product Knowledge
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales experience with an ability to meet and exceed goals
- Passion for fashion and trend awareness
- Team-oriented approach with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic, client-focused environment
- A diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Management, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in retail or luxury fashion is a plus
