Role: Fashion Consultant / Senior Fashion Consultant
Location: Vegas Mall;Dwarka (Indinoor)
At Indinoor, this role goes beyond just selling -it's about owning the customer experience end-to-end and driving revenue through strong relationships, styling sensibility, and sharp sales acumen.
We’re looking for someone who understands numbers as well as people -someone who can convert walk-ins, build repeat clientele, and consistently deliver on store targets.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning individual and store sales targets- this role is directly linked to revenue
- Building and managing a strong CRM pipeline (repeat clients, follow-ups, personal outreach)
- Delivering a high-quality styling and customer experience in-store
- Maintaining strong VM standards and ensuring the store always looks on point
- Actively contributing to store performance through upselling, cross-selling, and client retention
- Being on top of product knowledge and new launches.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong sales mindset -you understand conversions, targets, and numbers
- Good with CRM- clienteling comes naturally to you
- Eye for styling + attention to VM
- Confident, proactive, and accountable
- Prior retail experience in fashion/luxury is a plus
Senior FC:
Someone who can take slightly more ownership - mentor juniors, drive the floor, and push targets consistently.
