Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Consultant based in Bengaluru. The Fashion Consultant will provide personalized fashion advice to customers, guide them through the product selection process, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience. The role involves gaining in-depth product knowledge, assisting with styling decisions, delivering excellent customer service, and actively participating in sales to meet targets. The consultant will play an integral role in representing the brand’s commitment to elegance and tradition.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Fashion Consulting and Product Knowledge to provide tailored styling recommendations to customers
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure an enjoyable client experience
- Sales acumen with the ability to meet targets and build lasting customer relationships
- Genuine passion for fashion and an understanding of traditional and contemporary design trends
- Ability to work effectively in a high-paced, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Fashion Design, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in retail or fashion consulting is a plus
